senses and be appropriate to the occasion and guests.
Jackson
and Company is renowned for its cuisine which is remarkable
for its quality, taste and presentation. Our culinary staff
of twenty-five has wide scope. Our menus include Heartland American
Classics, Gulf Coast/Creole cuisine, savory dishes from Italy
and Spain, a wide range of Asian specialties and of course,
inspired French cuisine. Our philosophy is to procure the very
best ingredients from around the world and imaginatively enhance
them. We believe that you eat with your eyes first. Food should
be abundant and care given to details of its presentation.
