Beverages - Jackson and Company

Jackson and Company can provide all your beverage needs. We are fully licensed by the State of Texas allowing us to provide and serve alcoholic beverages at your event.

Beverage service generally falls within one of these categories:

· An "Open Bar" consisting of spirits for cocktails, wines, beers, sparkling mineral water, all mixers, garnishes and ice.

· A "Limited Bar" offering only beer, wine and mineral water (sometimes with the addition of soft drinks.)

We offer either our standard PREMIUM bar, or a more elaborate TOP SHELF bar. The beverages provisioned for each of these types of bar are listed below:

Spirits - Dewars Scotch, Jack Daniel's Whiskey, Tanqueray Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, V.O. Canadian Blend Whiskey, Mt. Gay Rum, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila

Wines - Latour Ardeche Chardonnay (French white wine)
La Vielle Ferme (French red wine)

Beers - Heineken, Budweiser, Bud Light

Sparkling mineral water, all mixers, garnishes and ice

Spirits - Dewars, Johnny Walker Black, and Glenlivet Scotches, Maker's Mark Bourbon, Jack Daniel's Whiskey, Tanqueray, Beefeaters and Bombay Gins, Stolichnaya, Grey Goose, Absolut and Skyy Vodkas, Crown Royal Canadian Blended Whiskey, Mt. Gay Rum, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila

Should you wish to offer more distinguished wines or add Champagne, we will be happy to help you with your selections. Our house wines are personally selected by Jackson who is known for his discerning palate.

Our house "champagne" is actually a French sparkling wine, Veuve du Vernay, which has won many blind tastings against much more expensive Champagnes.

We will be delighted to work with you to select the perfect wines to accompany your menu selections. You can, of course, choose to serve our house wines or select from our ever evolving wine list.

Your occasion may be so special that you will wish to serve distinguished wines. You can suggest either a budget range for us to observe when making selections for you, or you can request your favorite wines which we will purchase for you.
